soundtrack of my life #2

I listened to that song a lot in 2003 and 2004. I just finished school and was working in a kindergarten for deaf children (Voluntary Year of Social Service). At lunchbreak i was sitting in my small room, fingerboarding and listening to Evan Dando.

This year was a very special one. I learned a lot about everything around me and i´m glad i took the chance to do this. And all the time i want to remember the kids and the beautiful times i will listen to exactly this song. :)

I used this song for editing the first fingerboard video i made in 2003. Unfortunately this video didn´t exist anymore. (UPDATE: It still exists… have a look some posts later!) But this song stands for the beginning of something very big in my life. Fingerboarding helped me through bad times, formed my further interests in media and definitely changed my life. Thank you to everyone i met from 2003 till today having a session, a good conversation or just a moment of fun with fingerboarding. 

Of course there are much more songs who remind me to very intense moments of my life. I will try to catch them all ins this s.o.m.l. series.
